Our team is working really hard to ship all orders out as soon as possible.
Orders ship priority mail, which can take 2-3 days to arrive depending on the postal service in your area.
As communicated on our home page order processing is delayed due to measurements taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Tracking My Order
Standard shipping on domestic items is 7-10 business days from order date. This includes our 5-7 business days for processing plus 2-3 business days for delivery.
Standard shipping on made to order items is 20-23 business days from order date. This includes our 7-14 business days to customize the item by hand, 4-6 business days for processing plus 2-3 business days for delivery.
Expedited shipping on made to order items vary based on the time sensitive nature on each request. All expedited orders are arranged by emailing: orders@tacedeluxe.com only.
DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 1-2 business days (this is determined by volume) Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.
To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

Possible Delays
COVID -19 USPS/ INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY UPDATES:
Delay in Service Guarantee effective Oct 1, 2020.; Domestic USPS, and our international service estimated delivery windows are now being affected. Sadly, we cannot control shipping carrier delays.
Tracking updates may take an additional 5-7 business days to update. Please be aware before placing an order.
Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
We currently have a 3-5 business day (+ 4 days due to measurements taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19) processing time before all of our orders are shipped from the warehouse.
Please note, TACE DE LUXE is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with, especially during high volume HOLIDAY SEASONS ( Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day. )
Furthermore, items purchased with estimated shipping dates/ pre orders, are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and Pre-Order Policy.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable during the following public holiday dates: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day & New Years Day.
Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be PROCESSED the following business day.
Please allow a few more days for delivery during this high volume season to avoid disappointment.
We will continue to ensure your TACE DE LUXE order gets to you as soon as possible, however, we really do appreciate and value your patience!
Pre-Order Policy.
Items purchased on PRE ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.
Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order.
Email us at orders@tacedeluxe.com if you would like to arrange a split of the order. (Item must be $100+ to split and ship separately)
